Normally I would give the service department 5 stars but this time I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but had to stand there waiting for at least 5 minutes or more with no one in the entire service check in area. There were only 2 other cars in the bay waiting but at least when they did help me they were friendly and very into customer service. They took my car back quickly after I checked in and it didn't take long to perform the service. My main complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because without warning they started adding a 3% surcharge to credit card users. Had they bothered to warn me when I made the appointment I would have brought my checkbook with me, but I don't carry my checkbook all the time in case someone steals my purse. It amounted to $3 but everything adds up, and I don't like being charged any extra fees when they could have avoided that by warning me!

Such a great experience today at Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Subaru! We were dreading the experience of buying a new car but it turned into a very pleasant adventure. Joel was a great salesperson (there’s a reason he’s won awards), not pushy and very transparent. Elmer in finance was knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t waste our time. I would highly recommend buying your next Subaru from this dealership!

As a first time buyer, this operation was perfect. Sven was knowledgeable and transparent about vehicles in stock which fit my budget and set me up on a test drive for the one I left with today quickly. Also great help all around with financing, with no pushing in any direction. Other dealerships took up far more of my time for far less value and I would recommend this store to anyone.
