We used East Bay Fireplaces for two fireplaces in our home. They were very helpful in deciding which units would be best - even sizing down because we were over buying. The installation went beautifully as well. We needed some help with the remote, they came out and made the needed adjustments.
All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend them highly!

We were very pleased with East Bay fireplace! We shopped around a bit before choosing them, and one reason we chose them, aside from the great reviews, was that they can do everything in the event you want your fireplace rebuilt, as we did. Other fireplace places only did the fireplace, and if you wanted to have the existing hearth and such replaced, you’d have to get a separate contractor. So, we had our existing fireplace redone with the hearth and bricks removed and replaced with tile. And, a gas log fireplace installed. The order the materials took exactly as long as quoted, and the scheduled installation date and time were also met. On top of that, they did an amazing job! When the installation was completed, the owner, BJ, stopped by to show us how to operate it. Bottom line, we couldn’t be more happy about it all! Great work, and extremely friendly people! Highly recommended.

If you're considering a fireplace insert, I highly recommend East Bay Fireplace. Matt helped select the perfect fireplace for us. They recommended an electrician to set up an outlet that is concealed behind the insert. Then the crew showed up and installed our new Regency insert. It is awesome! It has Remote control and warms up the whole house. These people were a pleasure to deal with. I am extremely happy with the East Bay Fireplace!!!
