Always a great job, always super courteous. They got the buildup of fir needles and grime around wheel wells, tree sap on window, etc. my car looks amazing now! Electric cars get 10% discount too.

This place is a slam dunk, hole-in-one, perfect example of what a premium auto detailer should be.

1) The crew is awesome and checks out your car pre-wash with you. Everyone I’ve encountered is an expert and will confirm if you’ve gotten the right package. No upsells, just honest folks.

2) The results = flawless. I’m extremely particular and have seen wax left behind at more expensive shops. The attention to detail is superb and I haven’t once found anything missed spots or evidence of over-waxing. For what they do, you get what you’re paying for and then some.

3) Since you’re in a parking garage, your car is protected from the elements during and after the clean. It’s extremely convenient if you work in Bellevue Place or Lincoln Square. They validate parking too!

I’m really happy I found this place and look forward to returning.

I had some very minor scratches on my car and asked the detailing service to remove them. They assured me that the scratches were insignificant and would be easily removed. However, after paying around $270 for the detailing, the scratches remained unchanged. It felt like a waste of money, and I might as well watch YouTube videos to fix it myself. Additionally, there was a very minor paint chip on the corner of the door :(
