I am a long time fan of Eddie Bauer Products. They stand up to use, and the company stands behind what they make. I've worn their equipment on all of the washington volcanoes and will continue to, time and time again.
Recently I had an item fail on me after many years of use. I brought it in for a warranty and it was replaced no questions asked. I had an associate named Greg (?) help me out, and I have to say he is the most helpful and friendly retail employee I've met in a long time.
I fully recommend this store for their products and the excellent customer service.

A package was delayed because of a USPS mistake. The package reached Bothell already but then transferred to Oregon, and we couldn't get the package by the day we left for Canada. The customer support (online) said I could return the package to local store, so my wife went there for return after she went back to the US. The store didn't accept the return saying they need my original card, which was not mentioned in the return email or the return label at all. My wife didn't have my card and I was still in Canada. Then they said they can process it with my wife's ID and card, but when my wife provided them she was refused again because the last name of she is different from mine. It's interesting to see a store would want to change other people's last name :) Good job there

Very bad service and horrible customer service , I purchased a jacket on January Tuesday 16th and they charged me twice in my credit card with two different transactions , I called them to fix the problem but they want me to go to the store I live in Pasco Wa !!!! How stupid is that they can’t fix the problem they need to hire a better managers!
