The staff was very kind and professional. Making the appointment was super quick and easy. I have been needing to get a referral from my doctor for massage therapy, but haven't had time to do so. I was in so much pain that I decided to just find any place in Spokane and pay out of pocket. Elements was the only one I found that would get me in for a same day appointment. And I'm so glad I did. I was given an introductory rate which was way less than I expected to pay, and Damian did such a great job and made me feel completely comfortable. I walked out feeling so much relief. The front desk was welcoming, knowledgeable and quick. Clay knew what therapist to match with me. The experience was excellent!

I find it easy to make an appointment here. The atmosphere is calm and the staff is helpful. My massage therapist always remembers me and is knowledgeable and courteous. This is definitely my "go to" place for a massage in the valley!
