The expert-programmed group workouts are a proven approach to get a complete workout in just an hour. And I can personally attest that if you show up and stick with it you can achieve life-changing results in a relatively short period of time; along with increases in your ability that will keep you coming back for more.
However, what sets Elevate apart is an inviting, inclusive and inspiring community of powerful humans - at various levels of construction. You’ll find a supportive environment free of the things that might be keeping you from going to the gym, and full of ones that keep you going.
The foundation of this culture is Elevate’s ebullient owner / head coach, but it is supported by a fantastic staff of coaches. Each coach has a little different style (and taste in music) but they are all dedicated to helping you achieve your best and adept at applying the right amount of support (or pressure) that each person requires.
Workouts are offered at 4-5 times per day on weekdays and 2 times on Saturdays. In addition to the core classes there are open gym hours and specific classes like Olympic Weightlifting and Mobility offered several times a week. Many of the coaches are also available for personal training sessions.
Then only thing that’s missing is you. (And a 7:15am Strength & Conditioning slot.)
