First and foremost this shop carries glasses suited for asian faces. This has been a huge problem for me trying to find glasses that fit my face and don't constantly need to be pushed up. All the glasses they carry are Korean brands. I had a great experience not only trying on glasses that properly fit my face for the first time. The customer service was great and they are able to do many prescriptions in an hour. I was able to come back and grab them same day. They have a nice assortment of both plastic frames without nose pieces and frames with nose pieces. As well as carrying a great variety of prices depending on how stylish and contemporary you want. I would highly recommend these for anyone with generally non conforming features to standard glasses. Wish I had found them sooner. Will be coming back here for all my future glasses needs.

Professional, quick, and lots of trendy selection of the eyeglasses. Did I mention that it was quick? You need only an hour to get your lenses ready! Imagine how long it would take if you bought your eyeglasses from different store; it would took at least a week. The owner is very knowledgeable and the glasses look really awesome too.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable owner! I had just left Alderwood Optical trying to find frames that I liked, but the person who "helped" me there was really pushy and demanding trying to force the sale. I immediately left and came to Eleven Optical! I was able to try on so many different frame styles to see which I personally liked best (all without being hassled). The owner was super friendly and engaging when I asked for help, explained everything in a very clear way, walking me through my options and made the process relaxed and so easy!! I loved the variety of frames they had to offer, prices were so reasonable and customer service was beyond what I could have hoped for. Most single vision glasses he is able to do same day, but since mine were progressive lenses, they had to be custom made and was quoted just under two weeks (which is way quicker than any other pair I've gotten at other places). I will for sure be coming back for all future needs! So excited for my new glasses to come in!!
