Eli was professional, warm, accommodating, and friendly, from our first meeting. He was always there for me whenever I needed him. He took the time to prepare my home for showing, did a beautiful job staging it, and it sold very quickly - with less selling hassle, and for over my asking price! Now, it was time to find my new home. Eli stayed within the perimeters of exactly what I wanted, and found me just the perfect place...for under asking price. On both ends, he got things done and included, that I didn’t expect. The entire experience was as it should be, fun and exciting. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, but I truly have never been as completely pleased with any realtor, as I am with Eli Kogman.

5 plus stars for Eli Kogman! We simply got amazing results working with Eli as our agent, representing us as both sellers and buyers. Eli sold our home fast, with multiple offers, and above asking price. This during a supposedly slow market. Then Eli got us into our dream house, helping us navigate through multiple offers on the new home as well! Eli is responsive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and hard working.
