The short version: Professional and friendly customer service, free whole house (attic, craw space) inspection if you have signs of termites, honest recommendations (no scare tactics, didn’t upsell), competitive pricing/warranty, prompt appointments with lead time calls, thorough and attentive work.
The long version: after getting several other highly reviewed termite companies to inspect a rental property (the tenant saw some ‘push outs’), we were still on the fence for whole house fumigation or local treatment and a friend recommended I contact Elite. I am soooo grateful! Elite was able to accommodate the tenant’s schedule and Jesse came out within a few day for the 1.5hr inspection. He assured us that the extent of infestation doesn’t warrant a fumigation while several of the other companies spent only 20-30min and immediately suggested fumigation based on the age of the house. Received the written estimate emailed the same night and Jesse even called the next day (being July 4th) to make sure we received the report and if we had questions. I’m already impressed. The price was initially higher than the competition but Elite was willing to work with us on that (which we appreciate). We had the work done last week and the techs (Roberto and Armando) alerted me when they were on their way, very punctual; carefully covered the hardwood floors with plastic before they worked (thank you), took their time and cleaned up the old termite droppings (thoroughly vacuumed) to not be confused with any new activities in the future. The techs said they used to work for the larger companies that would limit their time and dilute the chemicals more than recommended to be effective; but not Elite. Elite gives them what is needed to not cut corners and get the job done right.
Do your due diligence and compare, but definitely talk to Elite if you have a termite issue. Good luck
