DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They damaged my very expensive Micheal Kors sweater and did not tell me. I discovered a slit across the front of the sweater after I picked it up and they tried to sew it up but it is damaged. The manager said I was a liar and that he was not sorry at all and not responsible. He was extremely hostile and combative and would not take accountability for what had been done. HORRIBLE!!

The people that work here understand the meaning of great customer service! They’re very polite and offer great service. Also, their fees are much less than their downtown Bellevue competitors!

SO MUCH WIN. These guys are the bees knees. Professional and good at what they do. Took my nearly ruined 300$ polyester dress and made it like new. Will be back, next time I get food all over a formal gown. Because there will be a next time.
