Our condo unit electric went out. Norman arrived in 40 minutes. Took time to diagnose but within the day it was determined that one of our power lines had fused with the neutral. Could not fish the old lines out. He and his great crew had to roto drill through concrete and rebar to create openings to run a new home run from the condo main panel to our unit electrical panel. They rewired the entire panel. The work was great, customer service was excellent. I would and already have recommended Norman’s group to anyone. Very professional.

Had Norman and his crew upgrade an existing 1970's service panel to a modern 200amp service, add another 200amp service (400 total), and run new wiring for the appliances in a kitchenette. He was always quick to reply/address any issues and went above and beyond with the City of Edmonds and SPUD. Would definitely recommend his services!
