This happened awhile ago but I have a necklace that is an engraved piece of metal linked by a chain. I was being dumb and I had them repair my chain but forgot to give them the engraved piece. They were frustrated but redid my necklace at no extra charge. Great people.

Good quality work fast. Took in three watches to resize and replace batteries, took 20 minutes total. I would recommend coming in during the day as the mall is not very busy, and sometimes kiosks close earlier than posted hours.

I took my Grandmothers wedding ring to have it sized. I was nervous to take it anywhere as it is irreplaceable. He did a great job!! He had it done in less than 2 hours. You can’t tell it was ever sized. He also made it look brand new!! I will definitely go back!!
