By far the most inadequate ER I've ever seen. Under staffed and a complete disregard for your time and comfort. My family has been there twice... Once was three hours for a raised heart rate, which was $10k. The second was for a 'hurt' hand, which took 2 hours in a bed waiting for a Dr that never showed.

Was seen for my stupidity by almost cutting my thumb off. Initial check in was quick and smooth. Medical staff once in ER room were absolutely incredible. Treated with utmost respect in a very caring environment. Stitched up what they could as we joked about the stupidity. Numerous stitches and a lot of blood. Thank you and keep it up.

Went in for an ultrasound back in 2022. 2 years later I find out about a bill for it that was sent to collections but I never once received a bill. 2 days ago after finding this out from a collections call (who I usually hang up on because they show up as Spam on caller id) I decided to speak with them a bit more and come to find out someone at the hospital entered the first number of my address wrong and that is why I never received a bill and why I got sent to collections in the first place. It's a $220ish bill, not thousands of dollars, I called the hospital billing to tell them I have no problem paying the original balance of the bill if they remove all the fees that were added since it's was their mistake I never received a bill. They did say they would remove the interest but not another $40 fee. Both the collections agency and the hospital would not remove all the fees and take my payment for the original amount. If I would have received an actual copy of a bill instead of a possible spam number with a really rude collection agent telling me to pay them over the phone this would have never happened and I wouldn't be having to deal with this. All because someone made an honest mistake on their end, in my eyes the right thing to do is take the payment for the original amount and cancel any fees for the mistake made on their end.
