Friendly and quick service. My Dad rented an ebike and I rented a mountain bike. I appreciated the extra tire tube they sent with us and was happy that I didn’t need it. If you are planning a bike trip on the Palouse to cascade trail check for races. They were setting up for the Tunnel marathon the day we rode.

Having this place right where the adventures is a bonus. From the equipments to the accessories, this place has it all. Most importantly staff are knowledgeable, supportive and super friendly.

After getting rentals on the mountain at two other mountains this year, my expectations were not very high when i showed up to the mountain with no reservations or gear. This experience was awesome, though! Gear rentals are first come first serve, and everything is brand new because they just opened! We walked right in and got hooked up with nice well-fitted gear while Sydney and David taught us about ski adjustments, maintenance, sizing, and more! Afterwards drop off was really simple and we grabbed a hot chocolate at the cafe next door. All in all a wonderful experience, and for a much better price than the mountain rentals!
