This is a beautiful historical building and great location, and Expansive is really settling in to operating a great coworking space.
The new community manager Vickii has really been pulling out all the stops. There are a good number social events which is a great help as a CEO of a small company to have some of these that I don’t have to plan personally. And whenever there are any issues she and Brandon (sales) are on top of it.
Only grip is the coffee machine is broken often. There is always a backup Keurig and plenty of coffee shops within a block but I miss grabbing a quick espresso when it’s down.
