Went in to pay for my reserved unit and begin move in. Now the day before I called to confirm and the man on staff the day before was slightly above the less than helpful over the phone. Should have been a red flag....but the next day I went down to pay for my unit and move in.
Thanks to Pam and her “if I must have to deal with you” attitude and deliberate actions to be difficult... I promptly took my business elsewhere. I’ve never gone into a place and had such a difficult time trying to give a business my money.
When someone comes in to fill out paperwork and pay for 3-6 months in full in advance... it means they want the unit.
And as I said. I want the unit now. When I actually move my things in is irrelevant when I say I WANT THE UNIT TODAY and I am here to pay. Today as in right now.
no one needs this attitude. There are plenty of other facilities to use.
If I was such a burden attempting to rent a unit....one can only imagine how they will treat a customer if there was a real problem.

The door to my unit fell on me, slicing my arm open. I had to go to the ER for stitches, it was less than a cm. from an artery. When I told management they sent me to HR who ignored me. looking around there's quite a few things here that need maintenance but aren't getting it.
I recommend looking somewhere else as your safety is not valued here.
