Came in to get some information regarding storage units. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns I had. The facilities are also kept very clean. Will come back and recommend anyone I know looking for storage units as well. Thanks Extra Storage and staff. Great customer service.

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. One huge benefit is that the storage units are climate controlled. One huge item that set this place apart from other places I checked out: I was able to reserve a unit before moving my stuff into it. I don’t know if this will remain in place when they are more full, but definitely gave me comfort knowing I had a place to move into ahead of time. I highly recommend Extra Storage!!!

I highly recommend Extra Storage Irvine! It’s very clean and brand new but what really sets this particular storage facility apart from others is their staff they are very helpful and polite. I’m most impressed with Gabriel’s customer service skills he is very professional and knowledgeable. Gabriel answered all my questions and was very calm and professional he gave me all the numbers to the exact dollar amount and even told me when my promotion expired and didn’t give me a bad attitude when I asked him to repeat the Information for me to write down. I’m so impressed with his good attitude.
