Casey Fairchild did an excellent job inspecting our new home. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, taking great care to discover and document every possible problem area in the house, from minor issues such as a door that would not close properly, to major plumbing problems that required a bit more attention. Casey even came back a second time to ensure that the repairs we requested were made properly by the seller. After the second inspection, we felt very comfortable that our new home is in great condition. Thank you Casey!

Casey did an inspection on our home that is currently in escrow. He is very professional and personable. He did a very thorough inspection exploring every nook, cranny, closet and attic. After his inspection he explained everything in detail about his findings and then gave us a grand tour inside and outside. He made us feel comfortable and secure about our decision to buy our dream home. Thank you Casey, you're the best!

I was very pleased with Casey's inspection and professionalism. First of all, I called Casey last minute during the holidays and he changed around his other appointments to accommodate my client. His inspection report was very thorough and easy to understand. He went the extra step with my clients and went back to the property a second time to insure them about their purchase.
