Overheard staff talking poorly about a patient from the waiting room. I wasn’t able to see a doctor, so I saw a PA who didn’t really try to understand what my problem was and suggested everything I had already told them I have tried. Then said they would refer me to someone else and never did. Now I am stuck with a bill for information I could have got off Google for free.

Very poor staff communication and very disorganized staff. I have had several lapses in their communication from following through to fill medications to returning phone calls with voicemails left, and I’ve been walked back for a scheduled appointment and then asked to go back out front due to poor planning of patients/rooms. There was also a dog in their front office which has me concerned around cleanliness quite honestly. The first red flag is that they claim to be a doctors office but they don’t offer vaccines. Lesson learned.

If you are looking to have your hand held or be coddled this is not the place for you. I would describe the staff as civil as opposed to friendly. Think interactions between you and an ex in public.
That being said the staff does their job and I am satisfied with that. Samantha McFarland is amazing! She takes my concerns seriously and is thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to people that want their medical issues properly addressed.
