I have yet to receive good service here. The only time I get more than a greeting is if I come in wearing a suit. It doesn't speak well of this location. I've been to other Famous Footwear locations and this seems to be an isolated issue for this store. I recommend it be addressed since it is costing the store business.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have charged me twice for ONE pair of shoes!! I will never shop here again what horrible service you guys offer. When trying to speak to a manager they are always never open or at the location! Don’t get your hopes up for a call back because it won’t happen!

2 young men were at the counter while plenty of guests were in the store, I walked up to the counter with my purchase and both of them ignored me. I asked if there was a manager present, both looked at each other and one finally said yes. I politely suggested they call the manager for help. Finally got rang up but the other kid at the register was looking at his phone instead of helping people. Last time I went in I talked to a couple very helpful ladies! Wish they would have been there!
