My realtor Cydny Wells, with Windermere Realty in Woodinville highly recommended Sandra with Fantastic Floors, when preparing my home to sell.

Sandra brought samples to my home, and choices were made with her knowledge and guidance.

Yuriy, the flooring installer had laid a few tiles on the MB floor, for a comparison of compatibility with existing colors in the Master Bathroom.

There was a color issue with the one we chose for my Master Bathroom. It did not pull the wood,walls,bath and existing bath/sink tiles colors together. The flooring color was off. The installer Yuriy agreed.

Yuriy called Sandra and she quickly brought another flooring sample. It was perfect, in fact it was beautiful the way it complimented everything.

Fantastic Floors with Sandra’s guidance and knowledge and Yuriy’s (and his anssistant) amazing flooring perfectionism and talent make a fantastic team. Plus they are an asset to Fantastic Floors.

They replaced flooring in my Kitchen,Family Room,Entry,Master Bathroom,downstairs Bathroom and Laundry Room. The colors,texture and quality of the flooring products and installation were perfect.

I am in love and proud of my home once again.

We hired fantastic floors in 2021 to replace our carpets with hardwood and laminate. While the rooms turned out ok, the stairs were installed sloppily without any attention to detail. Many treads and risers were jammed against the skirt boards causing a symphony of squeaks every time someone ascends or descends. On every step, screw holes were left unfilled and I had to fill them myself. Each plank was cut individually resulting in misaligned edges. I’m constantly reminded of the amateur install job from the unrelenting squeaks of the stairs. I’ve reached out to a few contractors and they reaffirmed the poor install as the root of the issue.
