Feels like going to prison. You must be buzzed in to collect your packages, they don't have a formal customer service counter, so you must enter the sorting area and walk around all the equipment. Seems they would make it easier to get your packages by having a dedicated customer service area.

Absolute garbage service. Mismanaged delivery times, destroyed packages upon arrival, and outright lying regarding delivery attempts. The location is inaccessible to customers and you’re at the whim of an entire organization of criminals. I’ve even had packages with multiple items arrive, with an edge taped over and items are missing from the box. Wherever possible, I explicitly request shippers do not use FedEx.

You wanted to send a package? Too bad. No way to drop it off, they don't check the drop boxes EVER (things from 6 months ago still in there) and their "home pick up" is a joke because drivers can't take things. Only drop off.
