Brought 8 boxes to there yesterday at 4:00pm, the staff over there told me they won’t take them , he said they are too big. I insisted and the manager came out, the woman said It is too much for them. It is actually standard size, I have not pay big size fee to Fedex, how she said it is big boxes. I asked her to put a sign to state not accepting 8 or more boxes to drop off, she said no. I have called customer service to complaint the store and asked him is there any policy for refusing packages? Later I brought to another fedex store to take them.

Regular fedex place. Close to usps and opens early so good for taking care of missing documents if you miss something in passport application.
These guys are really quick and very friendly. Always they are willing to help the customer. They have plenty of machines to print and go and lot of people for help
