I come here often to this FedEX Kinkos to have flyers and invitations printed out. And the ease of being able to just come in and get the job done has me coming back to this specific location every time. Tonight far exceeded my expectations of what my usual experience is. I needed my invitations cut tonight and decided to cut them myself. Everyone who has worked here has by far been the most friendliest and helpful bunch of people. And out of everyone ive met I want to say that Melissa was just AMAZING!!! She helped me cut my flyers and was just super attentive to what I needed done! She paid close attention to the flyers and had them cut way better than I did and way better than anyone else has! When you have been printing flyers for years, you will greatly appreciate people who take the time to pay close attention to the quality of your project! And Melissa went above and beyond!!! And Marie was just a breath of fresh air! Happy and just illuminating! This team of ladies made my evening! Their personalities created a very welcoming environment! Thank you ladies!!! And thank you again for helping me!!!

Brian O. happily and expertly helped me get my blueprints printed while also dealing with an afternoon rush of customers whose patience was very thin and had very unreasonable expectations of the store staff. He (and his co-worker) did a great job balancing everyone's needs and being very professional through a tricky stretch. Nice work, Brian!
