Staff is really rude. Woman with the long hair is very unpleasant but semi tries. Marcus makes her seem like the most polite person ever. Marcus is so rude and unpleasant that I’ve started to look and see if a package needs returned thru FedEx and I won’t buy it. He acts as if he’s doing you a favor. Never a good afternoon or hello. He rudely orders you to put your package on the scale and then always has a snide comment about the packing, the code, the phone you’re using for the code or anything he can come up with. I will avoid this place until they change these folks or they learn the basics of customer service. Be better!

I know being short staffed sucks and managers have been over worked. However that’s no reason to be total jerk. Cortney long black hair prob a manager just ignored me and when I walked around to her register her facial expression and tone was legit “I hate this a guy.” She was short and snotty made it clear her puppy was more important than I was. Her boyfriend looked like a chad was glaring at me the whole time. Never going back. Her puppy was cute af.

I tried to have a small order of prints made. The employee, whose badge claimed they'd been there since 2000, took no less than 15 minutes to prepare a straight forward order. Not taking any additional details, never saying another word to me after I described the size. While this went on a lady employee there was a little touchy about me asking the necessary upfront questions, then proceeded to be very rude to another couple who walked who needed help. At the end of the very long wait, the man indicated I was done, so I tried to pay, and he said no you won't pay till you pick it up. Asked what time, and While it was inconveniently long I agreed and left. When we tried to have it picked up the same employee claimed I never made the order, then claimed I left in the middle of making the order (I walked out when he told me it was done after significantly too long of a wait that no employee ever acknowledged as strange or inappropriate). We timed it and it took 13 minutes for this guy to print a receipt. I have worked a lot of corporate service industry jobs so I try to be compassionate but this was significantly beyond a normal bad day. This was multiple employees with awful attitudes towards me and every customer I saw them interact with. The prints were good but took much much longer than they should have taken and a ton of frustration.
