This Fedex branch was a total letdown. The staff there couldn't care less about helping out customers like me.
I was the only one in line, but still had to wait for like 5 minutes before anyone bothered to help me. There were 3 dudes behind the counter and they barely acknowledged my existence.
I just needed a shipping label. The guy at the counter told me to use their computers. There were these groups of people hogging the computer seats but not actually using the computers, but the guy didn't even bother telling them to move.
So, I had to whip out my phone to generate the shipping label, which was such a pain. And the dude who told me to use the computer didn't offer any help when I had questions about the website.
All in all, that Fedex branch was a total fail.
