One star review specifically for Josh the cross eyed dork who likes to instigate issues with customers. Watched him start an argument with another customer while I was in the store being helped by two very friendly staff who assisted me in printing something. When I came to get it laminated I was told the total would be $7 and some change. Josh asked the clerk I was dealing with if the laminator was warmed up. After checking and realizing it wasn't Josh informed me it takes 30 minutes to heat up and to "put a rush order in" it would cost me an additional $17 + the original $7 to laminate it. When I called another FedEx office they said the wouldn't charge me $17 to rush anything even if the laminator wasn't heated up. This guy needs to be fired. Had no business even involving himself in my transaction and was genuinely a rude employee who didn't know how to do his job properly. Everyone else I dealt with was super friendly and easy to work with.
Update Aug 2022: Somehow this place has managed to get even worse. There is only one self service printer, the others are out of order. If you ask someone to print for you (only two pages of 8.5x11 black and white like I needed today) they say there is a $2.50 service fee (!!!). The person in front of me at the printer got screamed at (not an exaggeration) by someone who he needed to help him get the machine to work. It was shocking. Then when it was finally my turn, the machine wouldn’t read my USB. The person (a woman this time, not the screaming man) behind the counter says “yeah, that machine doesn’t read USBs very often.” Then they offer to print it behind the counter! Legit LOL.
So I waited almost 15 minutes for the exact thing I asked for when I came in originally. Everyone here is terrible rude. I vow to never return to this location again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN MACHINES!
Original review: I swear the people who work here strive to be as unhelpful as possible. And I have had to come here probably 30+x in the pst couple years (wow, maybe I should just buy a printer!?). In addition to refusing to help with a quick print (we're talking two black and white 8x11s, not some large or complicated job) while all three of the self-service printers are in use, if you wait and actually get to one, they jam up constantly and you'll need assistance any way.
Conversely, if you ask for help to print, they either ignore you completely, wait for some other clerk to come up, or act so put out like you've ruined their day
LOOK FEDEX: if you demand people self-serve, then only have three printers YOU NEED TO HELP CUSTOMERS PRINT aka do it from behind the counter so they're not waiting 30 minutes to print two pages just to have your machines jam! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
