Brody is fabulous. She is quick. She is smart. She's courteous and polite. She's a total professional and she knows what the hell she is doing. Honestly, it gives me peace of mind every time I walk into the Emeryville store and see She's there because I know she can take care of my need in no time and I'll be in&out with my job done as quickly as it ever gets. Brody needs a big raise. She deserves it.

the fedex guy who helped me ship a package was super patient - even in my mistakes he thoughtfully guided me through all of the options.

Idk I came to this location a month prior to ship a scooter back to the seller and it successfully got shipped and sent out same day. My scooter is returned to me by the company and is “fixed” but I keep running into issues so I go through process to send it again. Come to this same exact location to ship it back again, see the actual manager that helped me the 1st time, and am told immediately that they can’t ship it. I say ok why, they explain they can’t ship items like scooters through this location, I have to go to a much farther central location. Gives me the phone to talk to customer service for help and on the phone the service agent actually tells me it is not FedEx policy, it is up to the discretion of the branch and I just need to figure out what location will ship it. Then I get off the phone and the manager who was helping me asks if I got helped on the phone, to which I relay the info from the customer service line, he says that’s incorrect and it is policy, I tell him last time I came to this location I shipped it successfully and that’s why I came back here, he just tells me that whoever helped me just must not have known….I wait for him to finish only to actually tell him that he was indeed the same person who helped me the first time. To that he says all this stuff about he is new and just must not have known…doesn’t make sense and he still never showed me any policy that stated that and I am sure he would’ve known the first time as assistant manager…..not sure why this was a big deal and if it was how he stated it was, the customer service agent would’ve been able to relay the same info he did, but they did not.
