Such a bad customer service. The lady helping me sounded like she was annoyed the whole time. I constantly felt under attack. Do this, do that. You had to have this and that. I didn’t need that attitude while simply doing a return.

I see some great reviews here but unfortunately I have a bad review. Was there today to ship a package and the man that assisted me (employee #151000) was very unfriendly. Never cracked a smile and had a monotone voice the whole time. Even when trying to engage him in conversation he wouldn't do anything but tell me where to put the credit card, where to sign, etc.. I left there knowing I'll never use this store again.

I have never had issues with shipping PCs via UPS. I recently moved and had to ship my PC to my new address. It was packed by the store and full coverage was taken out as a precaution.

The computer arrived so badly damaged that the manufacture deemed it a total loss. This was a tower PC with a metal frame. Working through the claims department has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff at this store even suggested I never shipped from them after they confirmed in an email, they had the right tracking number.

Moving is stressful enough. This service has been nothing short of horrendous.
