Akanksha here at the FedEx on Hardeson Rd saved my day! When I walked in the door she greeted me happily and genuinely with a warm smile. She had no idea I'd just left the FedEx Office on Everett Mall Way after a bad experience where I received no customer service or help with my question. She stepped right up answered my question, helped and showed me what to do, with no hesitation! The difference between the two experiences were night and day! Thank you Akanksha!!

I was at this center at 5:05 pm on Monday. The female fedex employee was ridiculously rude.

Slow service. I purchased overnight shipping cause i need that package on specific date but it did not come on time cause my item stuck at this facility the entire day without any movement. I understand that the delay is beyond their control but they should have make it up to the customer and do something. Sitting a package the entire day without any movement is unacceptable.
