Beware of you're shipping and don't have an account. You will be overcharged. I looked up the price on the UPS website - $13.24. I have a digital scale and inflated the dimensions to the next inch. Went to the store and a guy was helping me. A woman came over and said he was doing it wrong. She measured my box and added an inch to the already inflated depth. I complained and she tried to justify it. I didn't accept her explanation and she fixed that. She entered a box shaped cardboard package into the system as irregular packaging. The result? Over $37. When I complained, was told the extra $24 was for their help. No thanks.

Very rude man & didn’t want to help me& asked who helped me last , he said was he white? I said yes ! He said ain’t no ehite dude working here! Won’t go back there!

Extremely kind and helpful service. The woman behind the counter helped me with a fax, but also served the needs of the other customers who were there in a friendly and efficient way. She was one of those customer service people who leave you with a great feeling after interacting with them!
