Yep this is a shipping store FedEx. No need for a bad review. It's just a place where you can drop off your FedEx packages just make sure your boxes have the proper shipping label. I took a box with a paper in there for them to scan but they do not scan or print the labels themselves so no matter what you've heard. They do not do that. So make sure you already have a label on your package before you drop it off. It's just a drop off center

A big package was delivered to our house today by FedEx , it was not ours! I tried to call "customer service" because there is no local number directly to our office it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and no numbers to press for this concern on the automated machine. Finally I spoke to someone about 15 min after the driver dropped it off. They said they'd schedule a pickup and come for the package tomorrow. The lady I spoke with was was rude, had terrible customer service, put me n hold multiple times for way too long and I could hardly understand her. Then she basically hung up on me after she told me to take a survey!! This is a terrible company for respectfully and gently getting peoples packages to them in a timely manner , not only that but the package was so jacked up and rough looking, it had a gaping hole on one side and pieces were clanking around in the box unusually. Just Absurd!!!!

I absolutely hate fedex the way they have been the last few months. I have had nothing but problems with 2 packages because the driver lies & states he “attempted” but really never shows up. How can they be so worthless at their job? First it was my mirror, driver swore I gave the wrong address I had to call 4 times to tell them he has the right address & just keeps lying. Now I have another package that needs a signature & driver says he has “attempted” twice already when I have been sitting home waiting on this package!!! I finally put it on hold to pick up & now its stating the tracking number cant be found.
