Awful Awful Awful. I wish places would offer other shipping service. Every time I see them using FedEx I know it's going to be a headache. This time again was no exception. They don't try to deliver. They just take the package back to headquarters which is no where near me and I don't have a car. Why don't you actually try to deliver? I have a call box. Use it. Fire your drivers.. from now on I won't even order from places using your service.
Edit: just tried to call to find out if I could take 2 hours out of me day to go pick it up. The only number connected me to the main customer service. He said I couldn't pick it up. So I asked for the local office number. He reluctantly gave it to me. I called. The number was fake and just went to a busy signal. This whole company is a burning trash fire and needs to be shut down.
Small store compared to other FedEx outlets but very efficient. It's not a dropoff store, it's a shipping outlet where you can put your stuff in an envelope or a box and the put the shipping labels then ship it out. About 4 registers although only 1 was open on the Tuesday that o was there. There and a short line, about 5 customers, and the line went by fast.
Not located in the city centre, somewhere in the industrial past of the city.
This isn't for the store staff itself but for the horrible customer service line. I've had a package expedited to my address and due to work schedule was never able to sign off on it.
Alright that is fair, so I've several different ways to pick up my package. Each time I get progressively more frustrated
Number 3 was the most frustrating part.
Now 3 weeks have passed and all those people who said they would contact me via phone call or email to see some kind communication for the status of what happened to my delivery never bothered to reach out.
The package was expedited for the next day but now it's 3 weeks passed and still no answer. Hands down the worse experiece I've ever had.
