This is my first time using a property manager, and it has been great so far. They were much more timely and responsive than others I had reached out to, which is what prompted my initial decision to go with this company. The responsiveness has not changed one bit since I started working with them.

Dan came out the same week to take pictures and put the property on the market. They screen candidates thoroughly, and kept me updated on the timing and process. To me, it was definitely within a reasonable amount of time to find a renter, but even then Dan made sure I understood that thorough screening may take longer, and it's more important to find a good paying tenant. Everything is really easy and clear, and statements are online and emailed, direct deposit into the account. Boom, easy. The times where the tenant had any concerns, they emailed me and was able to take care of things quickly with my approval.

I opted for the more expensive service that includes eviction protection, and Dan has not charged me for it since the eviction memorandum is still in place and it wouldn't make sense to charge me for a service I am not using. So he's definitely got your best interest at hand.

I would 100% recommend Ferguson Property Management for any renting needs. Worry free, hassle free, just a great experience all around.
