I am a business owner here in Federal Way. I lived in one of their homes for 6 + years. I had water leakage for more than two years which caused mold issues. The water leakage clearly was never addressed. They reassured me it was fixed and of course I believed them but I continued to have the issue. I had to throw away shoes, purses, clothes, and I was having health issues. I notified the manager about the mold that was causing my family and my self health issues. The manager immediately retaliated and gave the 20 day termination of tenancy notice. She insisted that the mold was caused due to restroom fans not being left on all day. I contacted Service Master to check the home and the rep. said that the leakage had been going on for some time, which led to mold. He said that the humidity level was very high and could cause some serious health issues. I am so thankful I moved out. I feel a lot better now health wise. I am still waiting on my deposit check and for Marissa the manager to return my call. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

They managed my Fathers property for several years and were extremely professional and reliable. It made being an out of state owner a breeze. They rented the property quickly and to decent people that they screened thoroughly. I never had a problem! I also would recommend agent Sandee Baker as she was very helpful in helping me decide whether or not to purchase some property. She gave me honest feedback and took a lot of time to look into the situation! Thank you! I'd work with your company again anytime!

Terrible. I've been emailing their office for FOUR months and they will not reply. Zaran, the owner, has a terrible reputation. It's no wonder nearly 50% of their reviews are only ONE star. I wonder how many of their reviews would be 0 stars if it were an option...
