Dropped my BMW off to have some exhaust work, and was told to come back later that day to pickup as it was a small job. I called for an update in the afternoon and was told all was good so I had my friend drop me off as it was close to closing time and could just drive my car home when it was completed. When i got there i was told that it was almost done, and the tech was on his way to go pick it up because they had the work done at a DIFFERENT SHOP. Not only was i not told this before the scheduled date but i was denied the address of the shop my car was at. This is very unprofessional and in my opnion never how a shop should run.

The best auto shop ever. Friendly and professional staff. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing my truck. They charged less than the Chevy dealership quote for less work. I’m taking my Mercedes to them next time it needs servicing.

We came into town on vacation and needed an oil change before making the drive back home. I found finishline auto repair to be great shop to service my vehicle. Chris is a great mechanic that provides great customer service.
