Fireside came out and installed a brand new door. They installed a latch so it could be closed and latched manually when disconnected from the garage door opener. We didn't realize until much later that they installed the latch too low, so it does not latch unless the garage door is open about an inch, which allows water and freezing temperatures in.

They came out and added a new one to the other side, so we can latch the garage door manually. Then, they decided to do a full service and charge me almost $200.00. I would have been okay if they just fixed their mistake, but to come back to fix it and add some frivolous invoice for "full service" on a brand new door? I was out there the entire time. All he did was spray WD-40 on the new casters🤦🏽‍♂️
