I scheduled my car for service and picked up the next day and nothing was fixed. I come back a second time to have them actually service the car. Before I pick up my car, Patti calls to tell me my car has been hit. I was given the other drivers information and told to call him so he can pay me directly. SHADY! I contacted Bridgestone and they act like they don’t want to take responsibility when my car was in Firestone’s possession and that’s what garage keepers insurance is for. 😡 Not professional at all and had they fixed my car the first time around we wouldn’t be going back and forth now.
UPDATE: Its 11/15 and haven’t heard anything back and the social care team did absolutely nothing!
I had a frustrating experience at this place when I needed an alignment for my car. My usual trustworthy mechanic couldn't do it because his machine was down, so I decided to try this place. Big mistake. The girl who assisted me was uninformed about the process. They said the alignment would take 30 minutes to an hour, but I ended up waiting for 2 hours only to be told they couldn't do it. Despite this, they charged me $27 just to check the alignment and bombarded me with unnecessary repair recommendations, including an oil change which I had just done the day before.
When I asked if they had actually done anything to the alignment, the girl assured me they had, and I paid. However, when I got home, I received an email stating that my alignment hadn't been done.
This place is ridiculous and lazy. The next morning, I took my car to another shop, and they fixed the alignment right away. Save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere else. These mechanics are lazy.
