My only experience with this company is with the property management side, and specifically with Turena as the property manager for my rentals. My husband and I did it ourselves for the first few years and we found finding tenants to be laboriously unpleasant. Then Turena entered the property management business, and we've used her ever since to find our tenants. Have they all been A+? Not possible, but she's promptly answered our questions and provided us with practical, realistic methods to solve situations without violating the landlord-tenant laws. She knows her stuff, and I wouldn't want anyone else finding us tenants, because I know she cares about our property as much as we do.

These guys are amazing. I got lucky enough to stumble on them when I first moved here 2 years ago. Compared to the other companies that I have experienced over the years, they were accommodating and very professional. I needed to move in quickly and they worked with me to get into my unit efficiently and effectively. They are super military friendly and understand that we have times where we are not present or need special consideration. I honestly hated having to leave and I continue to recommend them to everyone I know moving to the area. They honestly deserve 10 out of 5 stars.
