Craig was a godsend. My elderly mom and I were locked out of our camper on vacation, at the top of a mountain. We called Craig at 9:30 PM. By 11:15Pm, after a very long steep drive up to our place, he unlocked the camper easily. Total pro! Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for Craig. We had a lockout situation with a pet in the car on Christmas Eve. Our roadside assistance quoted us 2 hours; Craig was there in 20 minutes. Great service; the Chelan area is really lucky to have him. Highly recommend!!

Easy to contact, able to accommodate me within 2 hours of my request. Craig is friendly, informative and efficient. Craig opened my 2018 4Runner in under 30 minutes. I submitted my receipt to insurance and was refunded the total fee in under 5 days from the incident. Will definitely use again if needed
