After my car was stolen and totaled, Mike took time out of his day to go over the extent of the damage, and talk me through my options going forward. Though the car is beyond repair, he gave me a fair quote if I wanted to pursue fixing it. He followed up with me the next day to check in and make sure I knew all my options. Such a stressful situation and I really appreciated his kindness, attention to detail, and customer service.

I have told all my family and friends of Mike Peters (Fleury Collision Center) and the fabulous service he and his crew provided. Mike is so knowledgeable and he assists with any insurance questions. The work on my car was fabulous, timely and done when promised. Hope I don't need this help again but Mike is definitely on my speed dial. Glenda Fennema

Customer service was easily the best I've had with an automotive shop of any kind. At every step of the way Mike was kind and attentive to my questions and follow-ups. What's better is that he comes across as genuinely interested in making sure you have a great experience, rather than simply being professional. I'm always skeptical of great reviews but will definitely be coming back if the need arises.
