I did buy into the system with 2 zip codes 3 months ago. We hope for some good leads but in the 3 months we only received 9 leads, we did follow up with all of them but ... "they were just looking". I paid more than $500 for the program. Be careful before you waste your money. Do your research. Talk to other Agent that are using the system to see if they had any good results with this company. We did not. What a waste of time and money.

I only had Flipt a few weeks when I got a listing from their advertising! That listing will close shortly and the proceeds will far and abover cover the cost of the program.
I have had lots of opportunities to do CMS for many leads since than that I know will turn into mors listings.
It's very easy to spend your hard earned dollars on advertising in Real Estate but when your results are easily measured it is most welcome.

My Flipt experience has been positive with the lead generation. As with any lead generation site you must be proactive. I must say Gabrielle Roberts of customer service has been very helpful with questions and fixing any problems that occur. She is an asset to the company.
