I came across Fluens when I was searching for a place to take my 3 year old daughter for Speech. It is a 30-40 minute drive, but I chose Fluens based on good reviews, ease of making an appointment, and the warmth of the front desk staff (Britain) when calling to schedule her first appointment.
My daughter has been making great progress and enjoys coming here. She gets excited on the days she has therapy. The therapists are very good at what they do!
We had an issue with our insurance company a few weeks into therapy. I was contacted by the front desk staff and office manager, April. They easily could've told me to call the insurance company to work it out myself, but instead, they walked me through how to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to make sure it got figured out. Their communication and professionalism is excellent.
I am very pleased we chose Fluens - thank you to the therapists, front desk staff, and office staff! I highly recommend!
