Don't fall into the marketing trap. First, Fluffy Bear has closed down. So all the pictures you see are from a company that went out of business. Pengo took over and used Fluffy Bear in the name (I guess because they kept a small portion of the ice cream business)?

The place is filthy. The front door looks like a dog slobbered all over it head to toe.

The whole place smells like Pine Sol, but isn't clean at all. The bathrooms are filthy.

Staff are a 2/5 on the friendly scale.

Ice cream left a lot to be desired...definitely great pics from the past company.
