Three times I have tried to access my storage unit and been denied entrance due to a malfunctioning gate. There is no emergency phone number to call for help. If you call the office after 4:30 on Friday, your call will not be returned until Monday. There is no staff available on the weekend. I can’t even begin to say how frustrated I am with this place. Update: access hours were not posted, nor were they listed on the rental agreement, but apparently they are from 7:30am-7:30pm. The gate was not malfunctioning today. I was there after 7:30pm. Owner returned email quickly and gave me contact number. I raised the rating to 3 stars. If you have a large vehicle you’d have difficulty getting around tight corners, so beware of that.
