I purchased 7 items in Forever 21 in Desert Hills Premium Outlets, and one of the staffs did not put 3 items in the bag and only put 4 items in the bag. He looked very disorganized while I was purchasing the items. They were not answering the calls either, so it is very disappointing. Those 3 items were worth about $23. I am very frustrated how I wasted $23 for absolute NOTHING. Not only because I wasted my money on nothing, but also that the item was very cute. Awful customer service and I have no idea how he is paid without doing his job right. Very disappointed.

Larry is the man! He is on it! The man runs (runs) the store. Positive attitude, well spoken, kind hearted with a willingness to help. Made our experience excellent! We shop here all the time, the store is clean, well lit, organized and has a good team running the floor. We were here during a busy spell and with 7 big purchases ahead of us we were checked out within 10 minutes :-) Thank you very much team 21.

We usually buy from this store. The inventory is great and there are lots of options. Quality of the clothing is very good, never had an issue after purchase. There are a variety of affordable/inexpensive accessories. This particular location has an efficient dressing room staff and very helpful. Very good shopping experience. Will be back😁🏷👌
