Our van’s tire blew out on the freeway. We were able to tow it back home. Then I called AAA on the weekend to tow it to a service center to have the tire replaced. They dispatched this guy from Fortes. After he loaded the van, I just asked him what’s the address of the service center? He gave me the attitude right away and even told he knew what he was doing. I was like… HUH?!??!? I need to know where he’s taking my van so I can drive there.
Definitely lacks customer service. And seems like their default stance I guess is be defensive and arrogant.
I can't believe the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and discriminative! I just got in Cali from New York for my grandson's first birthday. I was dropping off presents at my son's apartment for my grandson. And when I came back out I found my vehicle was gone! Yes it was in a fire lane. But I literally wasn't there for 5 min. But anyway when I got my truck back. My 2018 Tundra was dented all over and my bumper is almost ripped off! When I got in back I reviewed the video on my dash cam. And the guy came in with no lights on not even caution lights hooked and booked! And almost dropped my truck the bumper caught the truck. And side swiped my tuck on a fence. So when I came there to complaine. A guy came out named pablo. Said move you fn vehicle over in this parking spot or I won't help you trying to show Authority. I moved it over there. He tosses a clip board at me and said fill this out and started to take photos. I said I'm sorry I have dyslexia and I need help filing this out! With dyslexia when I'm upset or have a migraine I can only see partial of letters and sometimes they moves! He had the audacity to say to me what are you slow and repetitively calling me a Reta. I am a business owner and work hard for everything I have. This is my work truck that I have worked for hard so many years. It is almost paid off and they just treated it like it was trash, and treating me so inhumanely that no person should be treated! I am beyond hurt and disgusted! I pray this reaches many and this business will fail! One last thing I also called multiple times to speak to a supervisor and they keep pushing me to a voicemail and not even take care of the complaint!
