i WOULD give 0 stars if I could. Rob neale has no courtesy to even reply to any of my questions, he collects the check from my employer and and I have to ask him relevant immigration questions and he chooses to completely ignore me ! Every single time ! His paralegal tries to get him to reply but he wont reply, maybe wants me to pay additional $$. lots of loose ends in application to uscis but he doesn't care as he already collected fees from my employer. worst customer service !
