I would give it 0 Star’s. The lady by the name Hope isn’t very friendly was rude to me and another lady. I wouldn’t recommend this facility have your blood drawn somewhere else. If your gonna work in health care you can at least be professional. If you don’t like your job Hope step aside or pick another profession. No need to be ugly and rude to the patients.

I have an extreme phobia of getting blood drawn but Alissa J. made my experience really easy and painless. She was very calm and walked me through the entire experience calmly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for having this fear. Very happy she helped me today.
