The receptionist Jasmine was very warm and inviting. The clinic was very clean. My care coordinator Rosa was very respectful and answered all my questions I had. Their lab technician was quite skilled and got me on the first time. The provider and her assistant were able to answer any other questions I had. I felt that their provider treated me like an actual patient rather than just another number.

I’ve always had a positive experience at every appointment. The facility is clean. The people are friendly, attentive and non judgmental. My appointments have always been quick and to the point. I also like that I get email/text reminders when I’m due for another appointment.

I would highly recommend this FPA location to all my friends and family. The location was easily accessible in the south bay. The parking at the location requires CASH ($5 or so), so please bring some! Don't be like me and never carry any. Thank you to Jasmine for going above and beyond and helping me out.

The Team at the office was extremely helpful and reassuring. I worked with Jasmine, Rosa, Alexandra and the Nurse Practitioner, Jen. They were all super professional and assisted me in my visit. The wait was not long at all and they helped me feel validated and relieved. I sincerely appreciate all you guys for taking care of me <3
